Are your diamonds natural?

Yes! Our diamonds are 100% natural. They do not undergo any form of modification such as enhancement of color or clarity.

Are your products safe and authentic?

Absolutely. Each item is made with high-quality diamonds that are conflict-free. This means that they are obtained and distributed through ethical means.

Can I get a certificate of authenticity?

GIA Certificates are available mostly for our engagement rings with whole diamond .30ct and above. Certificate of guarantee for other items are available upon request.

Can I have my jewelry customized?

Of course! You may reach out to us via Instagram @maniladiamondstudio and we will be delighted to help bring your ideas to life. We offer engraving services as well.

Product Care

How do I care for my purchased items?

Each item is delicate and precious. You may wash them with dishwashing soap and warm water and use a soft bristled brush, rinse in clean water and pat dry. Kindly ensure to keep them from harsh chemicals such as perfume, lotion and detergents.

Jewelry Care Tips:

  • Protect your jewelry from scratches, chemicals, extreme and sudden change in temperatures.

  • Avoid spraying perfume directly on jewelry.

  • Take care when using lotions and creams as they may cause damage to the jewelry.

  • Safely store it in a pouch or box to avoid scratches and damage

Do you offer product repairs?

Yes. Visit MANILA GOLDSMITHS at SM Megamall, Building A, 5th floor so we can have a look. Please note that while we would love to ensure your jewelry is in its best condition perpetually, the extent of repair would depend on the cause and state of the item.

What payment methods are available?

For online purchases, you may pay via bank transfer, Paypal or debit/credit card. Please rest assured that your information is secure with us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

In case you wish to cancel or change your order, you may email us at info@maniladiamondstudio.com within 24 hours from placement of order.

Can Return/Exchange my jewelry?

Rest assured that all items are properly inspected and in good condition before dispatch. However,

Manila Diamond Studio will only accept return and exchange within 7 days after purchase if the item is proven to be defective upon receipt. Items without the official receipt are not acceptable.

Clients cannot demand the return, exchange or refund of the item/s sold without any valid and lawful cause or by a mere change of heart.

Items for exchange must be of the same or higher value as the item being returned.

Will my purchase be covered by warranty?

Certainly. You may reach out to us via the Contact Us page so we can have a look at your item. You will only need to cover any materials costs to be incurred; labor is free of charge.

Can you ship to my location?

Yes! We deliver worldwide. Subject to Duties & Taxes depending on the receiving state and must be shouldered by the client.

How much will the shipping be?

Nationwide Shipping is free!

International shipping cost will vary per location and is calculated upon checkout. Please take note of any relevant Duties and Taxes before placing your order.

How do I check the status of my order?
